The office was established in 1955 from the idea of Dr. Jan Mikin . After moving to Nowa Huta in 1963, it operated until 1983 on the estate Zielony 24. The practice is still under the direction of Dr. Magdalena Mikina -Czyżowska. Doctor Mikina was abroad from 1968 to 1979, where he gained experience as a maxillofacial surgeon during the Biafran War. He collected rich photographic material documenting the performed surgical procedures in the field of trauma surgery and reconstruction.

Then, as the chief dentist at the government clinic in Lagos, Nigeria, he dealt with conservative dentistry and prosthetics, having a large medical team under his care. After returning to Poland, he implemented modern equipment and world-class methods of treatment in his office. He successively supplemented the office equipment with technical innovations, creating a medical unit at the highest level.

To this day, the team of doctors is gradually modernizing the office by implementing innovative therapeutic and technological solutions. Not only the quality of the services provided is important to us, but also the relationship with patients who cross the threshold of our clinic. We place special emphasis not only on meticulous diagnostics, but also on the time devoted to each patient.

We operate on the basis of the high professional qualifications of our doctors, who constantly develop their skills through training in the latest achievements in dentistry. In their daily work, our doctors are supported by a qualified dental hygienist who, by dealing with hygienisation and prophylaxis, ensures that the therapeutic effect developed by the medical team is maintained.

Every day, our work is facilitated by carefully selected equipment that is constantly modernized. Currently, our clinic has three doctor’s offices, a treatment room and a hygienization room. The diagnostic process is carried out based on a digital radiological diagnostics system present at all medical stations, cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), digital 3D scans and extensive photographic documentation. We carry out the therapeutic process with the support of digital techniques such as implantology and guided surgery , digital smile design, as well as 3D printing. Out of concern for the safety of our patients, we place particular emphasis on workplace hygiene. Each patient receives an individual set of dental tools and machine tips, the sterility of which is confirmed by indicators of the effectiveness of the sterilization process.
