Digital dentistry

Digital dentistry is an innovative branch of dentistry that uses modern technologies, such as 3D scanners, 3D printers and CAD software. With these tools, the dentist can accurately plan and execute treatment with minimal intervention in the oral cavity. In addition, patients can see a virtual visualization of their smile before starting treatment, which allows them to gain a better insight into the end result.

Digital dentistry

Currently, our clinical management is largely based on the use of intraoral 3D scans, cone-beam digital tomography, 3D printing and extensive photographic documentation.
This approach allows us to improve the healing process, and in some cases, significantly increases the precision of the treatments performed.

Dental prosthetics

3D printing technology makes it possible to prepare temporary prosthetic works even before tooth grinding begins. This guarantees the solidity of the reconstruction during the laboratory execution of the final work and significantly improves the aesthetics. Intraoral 3D scans allow you to eliminate traditional prosthetic impressions that are so disliked by patients.

Aesthetic dentistry

The process of diagnosing and designing aesthetic restorations, such as veneers or crowns in the anterior segment, is currently taking place outside the patient’s oral cavity – completely in a digital environment. The technology of digital smile design allows you to visualize the effects of treatment before it starts, and 3D printing allows you to simulate it in the patient’s mouth.

Implantology

The use of guides for surgical navigation has invaluably improved the precision and predictability of implantation procedures. We design and simulate the implantation procedure digitally. This allows, at the very beginning, to assess the bone conditions and the need for intraoperative bone reconstruction with extreme accuracy. Based on the project, we make a clinical template, the use of which significantly shortens the procedure time and allows for precise positioning of implants even in difficult clinical situations where traditional implantation could carry a significant risk of failure.
The use of 3D printing also allows for the preparation of temporary restorations based on implants in advance, thanks to which we provide the patient with a temporary restoration at the same visit where we implanted the implants.

Endodontic microsurgery

Thanks to the use of surgical templates in tooth root tip resection procedures, we have significantly reduced the problem of postoperative swelling and pain.

Orthodontics

The intraoral 3D scanner enables orthodontic treatment with the use of transparent overlays. Thanks to this, during the treatment, we do not disturb the aesthetics of the smile, and hygiene procedures are much easier. It is also possible to visualize the effects of treatment, where 3D printing is also used.

Bruxism diagnosis

We regularly perform intraoral 3D scans during follow-up visits, which visualize tooth wear and allow you to compare current scans with previous scans to assess the progress of wear. We also make diagnostic night splints to assess parafunctions during sleep.
