Factors affecting the result and duration of the teeth whitening effect:

  1. Factors worsening the outcome of treatment:
  • “teeth aging”
  • Smoking cigarettes, dyes contained in food,
  • Some medications – teeth may not be completely whitened, discoloration may be visible, especially around the necks of the teeth,
  • Dead teeth, broken teeth, extensive fillings – obtaining an aesthetic effect is possible with the exclusion of the aesthetic dentistry method (crowns, veneers),
  1. Some patients require a repeat whitening treatment, which is carried out at the next visit,
  2. Soon after the treatment, its effect is the most intense. After about 6 weeks, the color stabilizes and the effect lasts for about 3 years.

  • Use immediately after whitening of the WHITE DIET,
  • Limiting the use of foods that stain teeth,
  • Giving up smoking.

Possible complications

  • tooth hypersensitivity,
  • Irritation of the gums and mucous membranes,
  • Enamel damage,
  • external resorption,
  • Ulceration of the mucous membrane of the throat,
  • “Tingle”.
