White diet
White diet is a way of eating recommended after teeth whitening treatment, eliminating dyes contained in food. During this time, you cannot consume coffee, tea, sweet drinks and other products with an intense color. Dairy products, poultry meat, fish and white vegetables with a small amount of dyes are recommended.

White diet is a way of eating recommended after teeth whitening treatment, eliminating dyes contained in food. The minimum period of its use is 5 days. You cannot eat or drink anything for 2 hours after the whitening procedure, you can only drink mineral water.
There is an absolute ban on smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes.
Products that should not be eaten:
- Iron preparations
- Beverages such as coffee, tea, red wine, sugary drinks and juices (especially coca-cola/pepsi)
- Colorful fruits and vegetables (and juices made from them) such as: blueberries, cherries, cranberries, blueberries, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, beets, corn, red cabbage
- Alcohol
- Cheese and cottage cheese with spices
- Some spices, e.g. curry, chili pepper, cinnamon, turmeric
- Chocolate and other products containing cocoa, e.g. chocolate milk
- Dark sauces, e.g. roast, tomato
- Soups
- Cold meats (you can eat cooked poultry meats, e.g. turkey breast)
Foods that can be eaten:
- Dairy products, i.e. cottage cheese, goat cheese, mozzarella, yoghurts and natural buttermilk
- Drinks – water and milk
- Cooked poultry meat, boiled fish, seafood. Watch out for spices!
- Rice, millet, barley and cereal products, e.g. white bread, oat bran, white pasta
- Bananas
- White vegetables with a small amount of dyes, e.g. potatoes, garlic, onion, white cabbage, white radish, white beans, kohlrabi and vegetables without skin, e.g. zucchini, eggplant, cucumber
